Hutt Hospital fugitive arrested in Featherston

Police have located the 38-year-old man who escaped from custody at Hutt Hospital last Monday. Police have been conducting extensive enquiries to find Donald Keepa, who was located at an address in Featherston on Saturday night and arrested without incident. He has been returned to prison and will be charged with escaping custody.
